Breast CAN-cer Awareness Month

Among the many issues affecting women, millions survive Breast CANcer every year, thanks to advances in modern medicine.

The entire month of October is dedicated to bringing awareness to how far we’ve come & how far we still have to go.

Keeping abreast of groups & organizations dedicated to leveling the playing field for women is near to my heart, including finding a cure for CAN-cer in our lifetime.

The National Organization for Women (NOW) & Houston Women’s March, are two such groups I have been very active with this year. I am also gearing up to volunteer for the National Women’s Conference Fortieth Anniversary happening at the University of Houston in November.

What I bring to the party is a new way to think about equality with Emotional Intelligence. A new way to speak about equality. A new way to walk, talk, live & breathe equality without all the CANCEROUS CODING, SIGNING & SIGNALING that people have learned by watching TV.

WOMEN as Individuals are NOT single-handedly RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

Think Pink for EQUALITY.
