Women need the Publication of the Equal Rights Amendment to firmly cement WOMEN'S Civil Rights into the US Constitution. Without this most basic Right of all American Citizens, Women will continually have our Rights erroded in the Supreme Court as new Laws are enacted & old ones overturned as we have just seen with the Dobbs Decision overturning Roe V Wade.
There are any number of Laws & an entire Government entity, the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
who are charged with preventing & prosecuting Workplace Discrimination, yet how do they prevent & overcome Hate Speech & Propaganda that create Bias, Prejudice & Discriminatory attitudes among the Public? They can't.
