Resolution in Solidarity With March For Our Lives

Today's Texas Democratic Party Senate District 17 Convention, previously scheduled happens to coincide with the March For Our Live Event happening across the country in support of the shooting victims of Stoneman Douglass High School.

The Party Conventions set the political agenda & party platform for legislation to be considered at the State Convention.

Among the Resolutions presented is Resolution March For Our Lives.

While these young people are marching today, demanding to be protected from gun violence at schools, we are meeting to put these plans in action in the legislature.
