Texas Southern Condoning Hate Speech: Blobfish
An Institution of Higher Learning & the Preeminent Black University in our area is hosting the Blobfish Basketball Classic on their campus, furthering HATE SPEECH AGAINST WOMEN: teaching misogynistic values in the most diverse city in our country.
If a comedian & a politician wanted to go mano y mano & settle their grievance on a BASKETBALL COURT, the University should have declined to host this MISOGYNISTIC DISPLAY OF HATE SPEECH
PERIOD.
What is being taught here?
That it is OK to Bully Women with HATE SPEECH???
Can you imagine the OUTRAGE if this event were billed as the "Magilla Gorilla Smack Down???"
One more time, PEOPLE ARE INDIVIDUALS.
Anytime PEOPLE use words like "All or None," you are generalizing, pre-judging & stereotyping.
ALL people of color this. No People of color that.
ALL men this. NO men that.
ALL Women this. NO Women that.
Women are NOT to BLAME for Racism, but we ARE the VICTIMS of Sexist-MISOGYNY.
Misogyny has it's roots from the beginning of the Christian Bible, & why I so disgusted with the Church, but it's getting worse in Modern Times.
Original Sin in the Christian Bible blames Eve for eating the Apple that brought sin into the world.
Wasn't Eve tricked by the Devil who was DISGUISED AS A SNAKE???
