Moral Standard of Providing Health Care in the US. Philosophy of Health Care Funding for ObamaCARE

Philosophy of Health Care Funding in the US

Stunning that Ken Paxton, Attorney General of a state whose Governor himself is wheelchair-bound with a PreExisting Condition, could be leading the charge in a 20-state lawsuit to end valuable ObamaCARE protections for the most vulnerable among us.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott's Pre-Existing Condition

On July 14, 1984, at age 26, Abbott was paralyzed below waist-level when an oak tree fell on him while he was jogging following a storm.[6][7] He had two steel rods implanted in his spine, underwent extensive rehabilitation at TIRR Memorial Hermann in Houston, and has used a wheelchair ever since.[8][9] He sued the homeowner and negotiated an insurance settlement worth more than US$10 million dollars, resulting in payouts of US$14,000 a month.[10]

The HYPOCRISY in the Republican Philosophy of our Tax Dollar allocation of what we as a society deem as worthy of funding is STUNNING.

Look at this hypocrite. He himself is the very definition of a person with a Pre-Existing Condition, yet he is suing the Federal Government to DENY COVERAGE to others.

All of this is SO UNNECESSARY when you look at places in the Federal Budget that can be juggled around to pay for Government services that the American People VALUE.

I have an entire page dedicated to this subject that can be found below:

Texas Republicans don't stop there with the stunning hypocrisy. In 2017, Governor Abbott signed Legislation taking another swing at Roe/V/Wade with respect to Insurance Coverage for Abortion.

What does he expect Women & families to do if the need for abortion was of Medical Necessity from a serious Medical Condition?

The State of Texas wants to bring these lives into the world, but then REFUSES to take care of their Pre-Existing Medical needs.

Part of the Republican argument that the Affordable Care Act is Unconstitutional is over the Individual Mandate that every US Citizen purchase Insurance Coverage or face a fine.

This is EXACTLY WHAT THE AUTO INSURANCE INDUSTRY HAS DONE FOR YEARS

Should the Individual Mandate that the Government imposes on Car Buyers be challenged as Unconstitutional???

Jurists in this disgraceful Texas case need to truly do the right thing.

Moral standards of what is right has always been my guiding principle in life.

The nurses in this image?

This is my Grandmommy Ruth with her graduating class from Nursing School. She is my Angel.

Somebody tell the "Right to Lifers" to #IMPEACHDonaldTrump before he destroys the American Health Care System
