UPDATE. We study our past to improve our present & future. The failure to Ratify the Equal Rights Amendment into our US Constitution has allowed the rampant, unfettered growth of Misogynistic attitudes towards WOMEN in the Media.

With everything that is going on in this country, the need is clear: we need the Equal Rights Amendment ratified into the Constitution. The outrageous misogynistic cultural climate that attacks women in broadcasting, that attacks women in advertising, that attacks women in TV commercials would not exist with a Constitutional Amendment granting Equal Rights to Women.
With the Equal Rights Amendment, commercials like this would be deemed ILLEGAL & classified as Hate Speech:
