Actual Malice: With Malicious Intent to Seek Revenge on 713 Day

Malicious Intent is trying to dredge-up a story on ANYTHING when you cannot tie a person to an event you don't like. Even when no crime was committed. Even when no charges were filed. Even when you don't have the ability to be FAIR.

You cannot act as judge, jury & executioner just because you don't like the outcome or like the person you're FALSELY accusing.
