UPDATE. Today is the official start to the Atlantic/Gulf Coast Hurricane Season & THANKFULLY there are absolutely no threats anywhere on the horizon to rain on your parade or spoil ANYONE's weekend plans.
The Guys AND Gals in one of our local weather departments ABSOLUTELY ROCK when they say "Be prepared, not scared" when extreme weather hits.
The same holds true with "fear mongering Politics."
The goal is to be the "Calm Voice of Reason" before, during & after the storm. You can't panic the public - in Natural Disasters or in Politics.
Please read below & learn to live your life with Emotional Intelligence.

The division & anger in our Society is fueled partly by people stomping around demanding their rights but fail to recognized their RESPONIBILITIES & OBLIGATIONS
It's called ETHICS.
For example, your "Right to swing your fist" ENDS before it hits MY NOSE.
In other words we have an OBLIGATION & RESPONSIBILTY to be mindful of the Rights of Others when we exercise our OWN Rights.
When it comes to points of Law, ETHICS are a Moral Standard HIGHER THAN THE LAW.
Many things may be PERFECTLY LEGAL, BUT UNETHICAL.
"Yes, I can 'legally do this,' but I CHOOSE NOT TO so I don't hurt you". " (and hopefully Vice Versa.)
This is exactly the same as Free Speech.
Sure Black Rappers "have the Free Speech Right" to hurl Hate Speech at Women -but let's see what happens when the shoe is on the other foot.
And being perfectly honest, why would ANY SELF-RESPECTING "MUSICIAN" CHOOSE to hold themselves out to the Public like that???
