MTV VMAs: Glorifying Slanderous Hate Speech Against WOMEN. Ratify ERA
UPDATE. Once again, I boycotted watching an awards show last night - the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs.)
Particularly distressing is the fact that Megan "Thee Stallion" was this year's Host.
While apparently Taylor Swift took the opportunity to formally, publicly endorse Vice President Kamala Harris for President, the current VP Harris REGULARLY engages in State-Sponsored MISOGYNY with Black "Artists" such as Megan "Thee Stallion."
As a Voter who is vehemently against Trump, it puts me & Feminist Voters like me in a position of Voting against our own self-interests.
It's a hell of a decision to be forced to make.
As can be seen below, I was among the millions of Voters who Voted for Marianne Williamson in the Presidential Primaries, only the have the "Corporate Media-Industrial Complex" as she refers to TV Stations blackball & stonewall her Candidacy & virtually IGNORE her Campaign to run on the Democratic Ticket.
Americans do still have a 3rd-Party Candidate in Dr Jill Stein, who is the only verified Candidate on the Ballot who has VOWED TO PUBLISH THE EQUAL RIGHTS AMENDMENT ON DAY ONE of her Administration should she become our 47th President of the US.
That said, I'm so torn with respect as to what to do on Election Day.
Trump is on the Ballot & he CANNOT WIN in November.
But Harris, a Black Woman, is also a SEXIST.
How can any self-respecting WOMAN Vote for a SEXIST???
Harris needs to publicly state her position on publication of the Equal Rights Amendment & STOP engaging in State-Sponsored Misogyny with SEXIST RAPPERS.

ENCORE PRESENTATION. The DISGRACEFUL "Celebration" of 50 Years of "Hip Hop" continued last night at the MTV Video Music Awards that I did NOT watch...I didn't even know it was on. That's how relevant MTV is in today's world.
This after the even MORE DISGRACEFUL display of STATE-SPONSORED MISOGYNY at the home of our first-ever Female Madam President Kamala Harris over the weekend.
What the Vice President is doing is elevating HATE SPEECH IN BLACK MUSIC THAT PROFITS BY CALLING WOMEN BITCH - ON THE RECORD to STATE-SPONSORED MISOGYNY - ALL WHILE BLOCKING PUBLICATION OF THE Equal Rights Amendment.
The President & Vice President are in DERELICTION OF THEIR DUTY to PUBLISH a duly Ratified Constitutional Amendment WHILE THEY CONSPIRE TO SLANDER WOMEN.
