Alice Paul Making Phone Calls for the National Woman's Party

UPDATE. Call President Biden at 202-456-1111 to demand that he DO HIS JOB & Publish the Equal Rights Amendment while he still can.

According to the New York Bar Association, the President has "authority, the responsibility, and the opportunity to direct that the Equal Rights Amendment be certified and published as the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The New York City Bar Association calls on the President to do so now – before it is too late."

President Biden has a little more than one week before he leaves office to end the Sexist Constitutional Crisis the country has been in for the last fours years since the Equal Rights Amendment was Ratified but still being blocked from publication by the Biden Administration.

Normally, as a fellow Capricorn, I would be surprised that the Birthday of Alice Paul, Mother of the Equal Rights Movement & Author of the Equal Rights Amendment has escaped my attention until now.

Traditionally as the Media marches through January Birthdays, there's NO MENTION of Alice Paul.

Only Martin Luther King - or MLK.

My own Birthday is on January 13th - so called MLK Weekend.

So to just now be learning that January 11th is Alice Paul's birthday is even more of an insulting slap in the face.

WOMEN as a Class of People in this day & age are scapegoated & blamed for everything, from the English Language to NUMBERS & TIME & CALENDARS in our Modern Culture & Women's issues get NO MEDIA ATTENTION AT ALL except for a feeble attempt to highlight Abortion issues, most notable the Dobbs Decision that over-turned Roe/V/Wade

Not all Women need an Abortion, but ALL WOMEN DO NEED Constitutional Equality.

Biden should do his CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY & PUBLISH the legally Ratified Equal Rights Amendment, but he has shown WOMEN REPEATEDLY that he has NO INTENTION of doing his job as mandated in the Constitution.

He is too busy following in the footsteps of Trump Republicans in DENYING WOMEN our CONSITUTIONAL BIRTHRIGHT to all rights guaranteed in the Constitution TO ALL CITIZENS.

Maybe IT IS TIME to bring back the National Women's Party.
