Trump's UNETHICAL Attack on Women's HealthCARE Continues


Gender neither Qualifies nor Disqualifies an Individual for Lifetime Appointment for a Seat on the Highest Court in our land: the Supreme Court.


Yesterday's Nomination of "Conservative Christian" Appellate Judge Amy Coney Barrett from the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals is a slap in the face to the Legacy of the Honorable Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader-Ginsburg.


Barrett, a Protégé' of the late Justice Antonin Scalia, while Duty-Bound to fairly decide Cases before the Court WITHOUT BIAS, will likely Undo much of the Legislation the Ginsburg fought for her entire career.


Now the Trumplicans can parade her out in the Court of Public Opinion saying, "Look we Nominated a WOMAN."


Yeah, a Woman with a terrible Ideology on the Law.


The Honorable Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader-Ginsburg CHAMPIONED Women's issues her entire Life, having personally faced Gender-Based Discrimination solely because she was a WOMAN.


Again, GENDER neither Qualifies nor Disqualifies an INDIVIDUALS ability to carry-out a Job.


As a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent of 14 years now, I can PERSONALLY attest to the fact that the Nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to RBG's vacant seat is a DIRECT ASSAULT ON WOMEN'S HEALTHCARE.


The first Supreme Court Challenge to Ruth's Legacy will occur in the DISGRACEFUL ACA Lawsuit California/v/Texas that will rip Coverage away from People with PreExisting Conditions just one week after the Election.


As an Employee Benefits Counselor & as the Grandmother of a Child with a DEVASTATING Critical Illness, I have been on the forefront of the Health CARE battle from the Roll-Out of ObamaCARE to watching its' destruction in horror.


People forget that the ENTIRE REASON for Businesses of any size to offer a Benefits Package is as a LOYALTY PROGRAM.


We EDUCATE both the EMPLOYER & the EMPLOYEES how to make their Insurance work for them in the most efficient way possible.


When Small Business Owners COMPLAIN about the ACA what they don't realize is that you don't have to offer Benefits at all.


There is NO BIGGER BUSINESS in this Country than the INSURANCE COMPANIES THEMSELVES.


I have NEVER BEEN OFFERRED EMPLOYEE BENEFITS by Big Business.


Furthermore, people who complain about OBAMACARE don't realize that it really only applicable to 1099 Self-Employed people LIKE ME who are ineligible for Employee Benefits.

When Big Business can get away with NOT COVERING EMPLOYEES AT ALL by hiring them on a 1099 Self Employed status, Small Business Owners can drop their Benefits Package all together & have people Self-Insure on the Health Insurance Marketplace like I do instead of complaining.


That is just the first case to be heard after the UNETHICAL NOMINATION of Judge Barrett.
